- Candidates who do not meet the minimum or maximum age limit specified for the post as on 1 July 2026, particularly Clerk applicants outside the 20-30 year range, since no age relaxation applies to this post.
- Candidates who completed their graduation or post-graduation by taking extra semesters or years beyond the minimum duration declared by their university/board to clear a backlog or ATKT - the notification explicitly excludes such candidates.
- Candidates who do not hold the minimum years of relevant cooperative/commercial banking experience required for the specific post (for example, applying for Deputy General Manager without 5+ years of managerial experience).
- Candidates who do not have, and cannot arrange, online payment facilities such as UPI, since only online fee payment is accepted.
